THE STENCIL TECHNIQUE
Stencil is a pioneering technique of American origin for the manufacture of both exterior and interior decorative floors, as well as top quality coatings and exceptional aesthetics. Stencil floors due to their construction are the only ones that make up a single and compact construction made of reinforced concrete, unlike all other floors. Stencil applications excel in all conventional constructions such as stampings, slabs, blocks etc. Stencil mortars are used for floor coatings and constructions and are superior to the competition not only for their excellent mechanical properties and durability, but also for their aesthetics.
Apart from the unique mechanical properties it has, STENCIL is also one of the top decorative materials, because again its technique innovates over the rest of the materials: the drawings come out of paper rather than rigid dies. This enables us to have perfectly homogeneous surfaces and cover any shape on the construction surface, curved pattern mixes.
Still, STENCIL gives completely clean and self-cleaning joints, a fast construction of 400m2 per day and finally, if needed, it is easily repairable, in any way it has been engraved.
Another important aesthetic advantage is that it does not have this unsightly shine that usually has stamped floors. Its colors are distinct but discreet: they are absolutely clear and are alive, but they do not shine. At the same time, they do not fade with the use or exposure to the sun and weather conditions.

APPLICATION TO LIQUID OR DRY CONCRETE
STENCIL floors are applied either to an existing dry concrete surface or to a liquid that has just been built. In the case of dry slab the height it adds is negligible.

Thanks to the use of emery, the use of clarks does not damage the surface, so the flooring retains its mechanical properties (abrasion resistance, impact, slip resistance) regardless of vehicle weight.
